TOOLStable Cell Viability Reagent
TOOLStable Cell Viability Reagent is a luciferin/luciferase-based system for detecting cell viability. The ready-to-use reagent in this kit contains luciferin and thermal-stable luciferase. The intensity of luminescence is proportional to the amount of ATP present, and the amount of ATP is directly proportional to the number of viable cells within a certain range. Adding this reagent to lyse cell leads ATP production and the intensity of luminescence is proportional to ATP contents (number of live cells) in certain range. This kit is suitable for measuring cell viability.

Q1. TOOLStable Cell Viability Reagent luminescence detection instrument and wavelength recommendation?
A: Biological luminescence wavelength range is wide (480~620nm), most of the machines labeled "luminescence meter" will have the ability to detect this wavelength, our products are also in this range
